We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale, so please read product descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing marniacouture@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Resolution Process
Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. Requests received after the 48-hour window or without proper evidence will not be eligible for resolution.
